Mr. Kapoor, the president of the corporation, had worked in the accounting and financing business in India as well as in America for over 40 years and has been very successful. During his last job as an auditor of skilled nursing homes and other health care facilities, he learned many conventional, as well as innovative ways of financing businesses.

Lenders choose to loan money to businesses that can handle it wisely and have demonstrated the ability to pay for it. Borrowers use various lending institutions either directly or indirectly, through underwriters, to fulfill their financial needs. This relationship provided Mr. Kapoor with the idea to start a company that would act as one-stop funding source by bringing the lender and borrower together to construct a deal. It would assist businesses to facilitate and negotiate all sorts of loan contracts, such as Commercial Real Estate refinance or acquisition, Business refinance or acquisition, Small Business Administration Loans, Equipment Leasing, Loans against Accounts Receivable, Medical Receivables off Balance Sheet funding, etc. He then set out to share his knowledge and experience that vowed to create a successful financing services company.
